What types of events do you specialize in?I specialize in a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, birthday parties, baby showers and other events. Each event is tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of our clients.

How far in advance should I book your services?Ideally, you should book as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. At minimum, a 3 week notice is encouraged as any event inquired in less than 3 weeks requires payment in full to be booked.

What services do you provide as part of your event planning packages?Our services include venue selection, vendor coordination, event design, budget management, day-of event coordination, and more. We can customize our offerings to match your exact needs.

Do you handle vendor payments and contracts?Yes, we can manage all aspects of vendor contracts and payments. We ensure that all terms are favorable to our clients and that services are delivered as expected.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?Our cancellation policy is detailed in our contract. Generally, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with further details dependent on the scope and timing of the event.

How do we get started with planning our event?To get started, please complete the inquiry form. From there we will contact you to schedule an initial consultation. During our conversation, we’ll discuss your vision, budget, and preferences in detail to ensure we understand your exact needs.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
